Each coffee we roast begins with a rigorous selection of beans. We prioritize specialty-grade varieties: primarily Arabica for its smoothness and Robusta for its richness and depth. Each variety is chosen for its specific qualities, tailored to different flavor profiles.
Our roasting method is slow and deliberate. Each batch is handled artisanally, allowing the natural aromas of the bean to be enhanced. We have chosen a light to medium roast, preserving the fruity, acidic, and floral notes characteristic of Arabica coffees while adding more complex and robust nuances from Robusta beans.
Each batch is meticulously monitored at every stage: from bean selection to packaging. Through our refined roasting process, we ensure that every bean releases its flavors while maintaining a perfect balance.
